Regulation (EU) n°1545/2023
Description
At the end of July 2023, a new update to Regulation (EU) n°1545/2023 on cosmetic products was published, focusing on the addition of allergenic substances to Annex III. This amendment imposes mandatory labeling of a total of 80 substances identified as allergens.
