Decarbonation: Arcade Beauty aims to reduce emissions by 3,000 tonnes by 2023

Arcade Beauty continues its decarbonization plan by detailing its 2030 roadmap during its participation in the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (CEC). Arcade Beauty aims to "contribute to the beauty and well-being of all" by reducing sample and cosmetic product waste, while offering consumers eco-designed packs, collected after use for recycling. In this context, Arcade Beauty has signed up to its SBTi 1.5°C commitment, with the aim of reducing its CO2 emissions by 3,000 tonnes by the end of the year.
Actions across the entire chain The work carried out is based on three major axes:
- Energy management (reduction, conversion and optimization),
- Involve partner suppliers in an optimization process (CSR questionnaire integrating EcoVadis, carbon assessment and decarbonization actions),
- Systematic eco-design.
For greater efficiency in terms of sustainability, Arcade Beauty has also integrated the 4Rs into its eco-design strategy.
