Refillable perfumes and cosmetics appeal to French women, according to NPD

Description
Refills aren't just for shower and bath products or body care products sold in supermarkets! To meet consumer expectations, luxury cosmetics brands are increasingly offering perfumes, make-up and facial care products in refillable formats, and consumers are responding, as revealed by a study by The NPD Group, previewed at the Fragrance Innovation Summit in December.
Sales of cosmetic refills and refillable products generated sales of €158m in the first ten months of 2022, up 50% on 2021.
Perfumes are the most concerned by re-use, which already represents 6% of the market in Europe and 8% in France.
