Reusable packaging: Oceansix acquires RePack
Description
Oceansix, the specialist in recycling and manufacturing technology solutions, announced on May 15 the acquisition of RePack, a pioneer in reusable packaging systems. The merger, announced on May 15, aims to “reinvent” the packaging industry, in response to the proliferation of waste associated with the rise of online commerce. Every year, no less than 160 billion single-use packages are shipped worldwide.
